Returns and Exchanges

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact us directly. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Photo Documentation for Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, we require photo documentation of the damage for our records and quality assurance. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging when initiating your return request.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
